What if I already have an in-person OB-GYN or pediatrician?
You should continue to see your in-person provider. Maven provides additional support to your care as our providers include a range of specialists you might not have access to - from midwives and doulas to diabetes coaches and career coaches - and they’re also available via message or video call 24/7. Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person, in-network providers if needed.
How can Maven support non-birthing parents throughout the parenthood journey?
Eligible partners can sign up for their own account and benefit from Maven’s provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in the Maven partner track will also receive content that’s specific to the partner experience.
Does Maven offer support in languages other than English?
Providers on Maven speak over 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, French and many others. Furthermore, Maven offers simultaneous translation, in the rare cases we can’t match members with providers who speak their preferred language. Care Advocates can help you navigate to the best providers to fit your language and needs, and direct you to content in other languages.
If you need help enrolling in Maven, take a look at our enrollment guides in Spanish and Simplified Chinese. Need support in a different language? Reach out to support@mavenclinic.com.
How do I and/or my covered dependent sign up?
Signing up for Maven is as easy as downloading the Maven Clinic app to your iOS or Android device and following the prompts to get started.
