Providers on Maven speak more than 35 different languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Japanese, and Hebrew. What kind of financial coverage can I expect to receive for fertility treatment or services?
The level of financial coverage you receive is similar across all Amazon health plans, but may look a little different depending on the plan you enrolled in. Employees enrolled in an Amazon Premera medical plan will have access to 1 Maven cycle per member, with 12 credits to cover your care. Employees enrolled in an Amazon Aetna, Cigna, or Kaiser medical plan will have access to a $25,000 lifetime cap per member to cover your care. These coverage models are comparable to each other and will not impact your care.
If your spouse/partner is also enrolled in an Amazon health plan, they can also access 1 full cycle or $25,000 lifetime cap separate from yours. Maven’s Member Benefit Services team can help you understand how to navigate your benefits through Maven.
