Our providers include a range of specialists that you might not have access to—from fertility doctors and adoption coaches to mental health specialist an, nutritionists. Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person providers within your health plan if you’d like.

How does Maven support partners?

Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same specialist appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Maternity or Fertility programs also receive content that’s specific to the partner experience.

Does Maven offer support in languages other than English?

Providers on Maven speak over 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, French and many others. Furthermore, Maven offers simultaneous translation, in the rare cases we can’t match members with providers who speak their preferred language. Care Advocates can help you navigate to the best providers to fit your language and needs, and direct you to content in other languages.

How does Fertility Solutions Plus support me on my path to parenthood?

Upon joining Maven, you’ll meet with your dedicated Care Advocate. Members who indicate that they’re seeking fertility treatment support will be referred to an Optum Fertility Nurse for clinical guidance. Your Optum Fertility Nurse will work with you to create a care plan based on your health assessment and help you find Fertility Centers of Excellence to get treatment. Maven will continue to be a supportive resource, providing coaching and education from Maven providers, a library of content, and on-demand classes.
